The quote request form collects your contact details, the make-up of your group, your dates and your room choices. It is provided by Easy Trip (app.easytrip26.fr), the trip management software used by The Adress Kosher Club: your information is stored by this provider, on behalf of The Adress Kosher Club and solely to prepare your quote and manage your stay. It is not shared with any other third party.
It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you book, for the duration of the business relationship. The website host also keeps technical logs.
If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through that service, under its own terms.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to theadresskosherclub@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
